Which Linux distro is suitable for java programming?
Suggest user friendly, best GUI distro.

Every distro will work. Just try it if it will suite you. You can start first with installing it on some Virtual Machine to get hands in it quickly.

Well, almost any distro works. I would recommend ubuntu if you like user friendly GUIs

It is easier to start with Ubuntu, since there are a lot of things that make your life easier are already in the box. When you will get familiar with it, you can easily switch to any other distributive.
Also lot of my friends started with CentOS and continue to use it.
As for me I like Arch Linux, it has a nice documentation for a lot of topics. However, it requires some experience to use.
