Most subjects are covered, you can choose your language, as long as the output is correct. Quality may vary but there's a peer review system.

the is a site "particpython" with somthing like 25 question it is very good site but i did all the questions

A great way to learn that I know I of is by making your own simple console games and console apps .......you can even try making kivy/pygame/pyglet/OpenGL apps which is really hard......well harder than making console apps
