Can i use all programming language in web development?

can I use all the programming language to create a advance web page

if by all you mean JavaScript, python, ruby, PHP,.. for server side stuff then yes you can. but if you just want to create a web page you will need just HTML. to make it beautiful CSS will be used, for interactivity JavaScript. this will be more than enough to make an advanced web page.

I still think you can't use c++ ^^ Edit: Actually I was wrong, just checked and this is possible but obviously highly not recommended

I wouldn't recommend it if you're doing this on your own, managing a project involving multiple languages can be tiresome, instead, if this is serious, have at least one specialist for a language. However, if at all possible, build your project using a few common languages (some already mentioned above), and, only when it's really necessary, do include another language in the work, in case that language is the only one supporting your purpose and target.
