are there any professionals using solo learn?

where do you work? what do you do? anyone scouting for talent? anyone get a job after using solo learn? what's the best path to take if I don't want to get a bachelor's degree? I'm interested in software development.

I'm not telling you where I work, but I work for a telecommunications company. I do a lot of work with business intelligence and automation, but I also developed most of the software for this particular office, as well as our workforce interface and portal. Been here for the better part of 11 years now. I didn't have a degree or certs, was 100% self-learned. I got my job because I showed them what I could do, and the piece of paper didn't matter after that point. Learn how to talk to people and represent yourself, that'll take you far all by itself. I observed all of the problems at this office from another position first, and then I created software to solve all of those problems. Now I'm the programmer over this office.

@Samudi Virasha You'd be thinking wrong then. More than enough information here to get you going and even get you a job. Sure, you won't be in a senior programmer position, but you'll have enough to get started as an entry-level or even an intern position.

i don't think anyone can get a job by using only solo learn
