If you're wanting to approach things without experience or schooling, then you need to be extra disciplined with your self-learning. As such, you'll want to spend a lot of time reading/learning as much of the stuff as you can. Don't get lazy. This is what I do. Go to a college/university website and look at their courses. Make a list of all the courses they teach, and then open up Google.com. Search for "<name of course> free online pdf ebook" and then begin reading/educating yourself thoroughly on each of the courses. You'll want to practice a LOT and create a bunch of good projects that you can use in your portfolio. While you're at it, work on your human interaction and communication skills a lot too. You can talk yourself in and out of things if you know how, and that skill will probably come in handy this most in this life. It's possible to accomplish your goals this way, and many people have successfully shown that. However, it's 100% on you, and you need to do the things that you're required to do. Good luck!

@netkos ENT thanks I absolutely agree with u I gotta learn and work my ass off everyday also my masters(M.Sc CS) degree is 8-10 months away from now I must have this degree considering the fact that not only it will be required by employer but my bachelor's was not in computers. so this will be my first degree in computers wt I m focused on is learning and instantly using and applying that to projects so that I get how it works and yes communication is hell of vital thing

@CodeMaster Excellent! Congrats on the masters, it'll be here before you know it! Keep up the good work bro. I didn't mention it in my original reply, but I've been doing this professionally for nearly 11 years now, and I don't have a degree/certs, but I work alongside people with them as their equal. I represent my abilities, not some piece of paper pretending to represent me. I used my communication skills to portray my knowledge to them, and then more importantly, I showed them first-hand what I could do and that's the only thing that was important to them. If you stay disciplined and don't speak negative things upon your life (trust me, that makes a big difference in your perception of reality, thus the actions you take or don't take), you can accomplish anything that you set your mind and heart to. When the mind and heart work together in sync, you're an unstoppable force. If that isn't proof enough, look at the great people like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs; neither of them finished college and obtained their degree prior to creating their empires. They had a vision and they synced their vision up with their heart; great things emerge from the full union of our being. Best of luck to you bro! Never lose sight of your vision.

Without experience you will have difficulties as a software engineer. Try getting a degree or some certifications first.
