Does anyone know how to create a website?

Question

I've been looking all the night for a way to create a website for free, but it's seems like a maze to me. They've said I must have a domain, and a host. I can get a free domain if… you know, like "domaingiver.mywebsite.com", but I don't know where! And even if I get a domain name, is it possible to be hosted for free? I really need help! 😭

hi, i took the second Google answer....
last time i used https://www.bplaced.net/ for a small project. it is very simple, but will be deleted, if there is no recent traffic, so you have to log in from time to time.

Thank you Aquarius_TheAlphaWolf[EP]. I looked at the links but it costs. I mean, I'm only 14 and I just want a cool website to improve my programming skills and share ideas with other people! So like you can imagine, I don't have any credit card or anything like that. 😅 Is there even a way to create a website for free or may I just give up?

Actually, 000webhost don't work so well. Or maybe I just don't know how to use it. Have you ever tesed it? Maybe you could explain to me how it works. I'm sceptic about this site ... it looks like a virus! for example there is a counter which indicates how many sites are actually hosted, and as I am not dumb I refreshed the page, and it went back to it's first state. So if you have tested it and know for sure it works, please tell me how. Thanks.
