Which is the best framework to build hybrid mobile apps?

I am new to coding and I found that we can make mobile apps using HTML, CSS, JS but there are many frameworks out there so which one do you think is the best of them.

thanks john but I needed some framework because if I do it like this I will not be able to enjoy all the features of android studio as they all are for native apps.

I know JavaScript can be used in the Unity game engine but I’m not sure if that’s what you mean.
