hi.
it's mostly free if you dont want the certificate : coursera or edx. Courses are in video format which is nice to change from text. I'll check on my computer and give you a few links.

Codingame is a great website to practice code. Go try it! There are a lot of cool puzzles

I use mainly books for the "learning" part. for practice I sometimes use codepen.io as well.
and analysing existing code, to see how algorithms are applied in certain problems.

I find Udemy to be the best platform for practical learning, especially when it comes to web/front-end development (although it has interesting projects for mobile apps too!)
YouTube also has many VERY extensive and complete programming courses/playlists
