Has anyone realised that although programming may be fast in reality to do, that in our reality it takes much time to perfect?

Reality vs Expectations always involve some level of Time, usually a lot of it or is this incorrect?

I would agree that we often have an expectation for something then the reality shows us all the bits and pieces we overlooked in the beginning.

Yes I 'noticed'! : D Personally I think that anything you are relatively serious about in life takes "maturity" and concise planning from a stable position, in order that eventual conclusion of being adept is reached. Definition of maturity: accepting that you are wrong when you are, and accounting for where you may be liable to be wrong.
