(off-topic) Excel - Help - How to use version control system in Excel?

Question

Let me say - I created a file on 1st april named "April.xlsx".
I edited the same file on 2nd april and 3rd and 4th and so on, I mean I edit the file everyday. In this process windows overwrites my file everyday. But I made a mistake in 5th april and saved it. So I want my 3rd april version file back. but it's impossible because it was overwritten. I want that my one file should be saved with different versions everyday. And every version should be saved. Tell me your idea about this?

the problem is Martin Taylor Which Version control system? I tried Git. But I don't know to to set up git?
