Do draws and/or declines disrupt (reset) the "won challenges in a row" count?

Declines don't reset the streak, but draws do.

Win = Get the streak
Lose = Reset the streak
Draw = Reset the streak
Declines = Declines your challenge and does not reset the streak

It would make sense that it does. Because if you did not win. then the winning streak will be lost.
