Which is better; Cake 3.0, Laravel 5, or CodeIgniter 3?

There is no objective way to answer this. Laravel is very popular today and, in theory, it improves many aspects of other older frameworks.

About Cake I can not say much, I've only seen a small code base written in Cake PHP, although it was quite effective. With CodeIgnater I have not had any contact.
