start SoloLearn's C++ course. It's excellent. You can go at your own pace. The comments are helpful. You can reinforce learning by writing programs in Playground, which is also fun. Pattern your own codes after the course's codes and modify yours as you wish---if you get really stuck, ask for help in Q&A. Take a look at other people's codes and learn from them also (but don't steal their codes by claiming that you've made them by yourself). You can also do challenges when you get good. There's a lot to do here and a lot of fun to be had. welcome, and happy coding! 😊
