Is it efficient to create as many tabels as much as possible in MySQL?

I am thinking about storing likes in my social media websites , where I want to store the person who liked it , I thought that why not create individual tables for each post and store in it . Is this thing efficient or I should go for some other idea ?

not that is not efficient, just create 2 table. 1 for post, and 1 for people who like the post also add 1 column to refer which post that they like to this table
