How can we add CSS3 animation in Opera web browser latest version?

My CSS3 animations with keyframes which work on sololearn don't work on my PC Opera web browser.

᠌᠌brains You would laugh when you realise what mistake I had done that prevented my animation to work. It was that I set the values of the opacity property in percentages in each keyframe. Thanks to the console that I realised my fault and after I replaced the %age values with decimals between 0 and 1, my animation began working well. You are correct, Opera seems quite old because inspite of being the latest version, my Opera PC couldn't accept %age values for opacity. BTW, thanks for help.
