Since the instructors make a big difference in any online learning platform I thought I'd add some of the experience I've seen. Without a doubt, Sololearn is BEST at updating. Having said that, what they don't update is challenge questions...so you can get new questions about html5, for examples, and older questions about older html versions are still included in the challenges. The course content, however, is updated. Udemy is peer based instruction, which may be good or mediocre, depending on the instructor. Generally however, Udemy doesn't drill your understanding or give you a sandbox environment to practice code. It also doesn't have much in the way of community or coding assistance if you don't understand a concept. Other online learning options exist which may be better than Udemy, but not better than Sololearn.

Finish the courses you want to learn from Sololearn. And then go to udemy they provide free courses as well as paid with certificate. Udemy provides courses at low price. The instructors is good in Udemy. Personally i use Sololearn and Udemy. And Youtube is aslo good bcoz it's free. If you want Tutorials there are lot of channels and the best one The New Boston. You should take courses from Sololearn, Udemy and from other sites. The more you learn, the more you get the knowledge.

Perhaps this is better suited for Udemy's Q&A/FAQ section.
