Will i be able to create phone game when I done with js course?

The JS course here is probably not enough to develop games. Sololearn gives you only the basics and you have to find specialised courses.for game development.

But if you want to write native apps then you can't do it with just JS. For example for android you have to study game development either with kotlin or java. For iOS objective-C or swift.

But there are many frameworks today which helps you to write mobile apps with JS. React, Vue are some examples. But you may experience some efficiency problems within them cause they are not directly using the OS native language

It is a good starting point but also you will have to combine what have you learned from the course with HTML game engine. After certain period of time you will get it there.
