Automatic output of web code on right side while typing

Hey there!
I just started learning web development and every time I have to press ctrl+s on the code page and click refresh button on output page to see my work..... But, I've seen in some tuturials that even without doing these..... the output is automatically generated. How's it possible? Should I do anything more ?

You can use bracket for this :

Some editors provide the feature of live preview like sublime text, atom e.t.c. You can download the specific package in those editors to do live preview.
