What do you do when you're coding for over 5 hours and your eyes start aching? Is there a way to avoid this from happening?

You could do meditation for a little while closing your eyes... It'll revive the hardwares (both yours and computer's)😂for a fresh start... It's better than medication anyway...

These are some tips that might help you:
1. Use dark mode in IDE/Editor.
2. Wear eyeglasses with blue light filter( if you don't like wearing glasses then install any blue light filter software on you PC/laptop).
3. Don't code for a long time in a completely dark room, turn on the lights or open the windows.
4. Take breaks (it also helps a lot when you're stuck in a coding problem).
5. Drink coffee or eat some snacks during your breaks.
Happy coding 😊😊😊

Do you code with a bright background? Switch to a darker IDE
Take a break at least once every 30 minutes
Have a couple windows open
Space your screen about a foot and a half away (depending on your eyes)
These are all things I do

You can wear glasses with blue light filter. That works for me. Power or zero Power

Most laptops and monitors these days have the ability to reduce bluelight which lets your eyes work a bit easier
