Answer will depend on your needs.
At the moment, i'm happy writing most of my python codes on Sublime Text.
Sublime's interest is crazy fast to open, even when you deal with huge data files, its appearance is really nice and simple. You can really focus on the code.
Another specific IDE is Geany: i'm using it on an old linux laptop, and it has the big quality to be a memory feather.

Go with either pycharm or visual studio code both are greats! I guarantee you.😊😊😊😊

Jannat Ñ inteliJ is for java. Use pycharm (same organisation but for python).
But if you are using anaconda distribution of python then I won't recommend it - it has an issue which takes too long to index all files.
What I use now is WingIDE which is also a good one - available as paid or free version

With PC I would recommend IDLE.
For mobile I would recommend Pydroid3.
