I'm new here. In other languages like java or C++ they tell where to write and compile code. Where is sql to be writen?

The code compiler or IDE is not existing. I suggested them about it though, try finding some on other apps if your android or download them in PC or Laptop

Just when you learn SQL or be expert with it, becareful with that language as it is used for hacking, manipulating data passing through login systems I did that once. Lol.

You could download something like XAMPP (it's free) and use that to practice with SQL queries.
