What languages and programs are most recommended for creating an iOS & Andriod App?

I was interested in creating a new app, But I am not sure which programs to use.

I'm not sure about iOS but for android you need to learn Java or C++. I'd recommend you learn both but start with Java.

Also, you need to use Android Studio to create an Android app and to learn that is a different course.
