I want to create a responsive website, so what should I learn Bootstrap or CSS grid. Which one is better.

if you dont want to experience the imposter syndrome, then learn css grids. theres nothing like being in control of your own code as opposed to relying on someone elses. its like riding a bike with stablisers at the back vs riding without them.
