What are the basic things needed to create an app?( I am beginner programmer.)

Learn C# then you can easily create apps with Xamarin Forms... It's easy...here you can create apps for ios and android both.

To create Android apps you'll need the knowledge of languages like JAVA, Kotlin etc.

To create system apps you'll need C++, C# etc.
