Create a site(need help)

Hallo guys! Please help me; Where are you writing code?
So that you can write code and observe visually the site changes. Download word press. There they gave a free template with witch I suffered 2 hours, because do not need it, I need to write from the very top of the page; and the template is already written at the top and it is just hell for me for now; please help good peoples)

For create websites use notepad++, sublime text3 or visual studio code, atom, webstorm. you can check the changes immediately in an open browser. write a small web page will provide you with this type of resources in internet: codepen, jsfiddle or jsbin.WordPress should be studied separately, but without knowledge of the basics it will be difficult to do it
