How many day's will require to learn complete web development?

Well it depends upon you. But what is average I will tell you.
HTML

Maximum 1 Week for HTML. Don't learn styling in HTML you can do it with CSS.
CSS

It requires practise. So for learning everything it may take 3 weeks but for mastering it, you have to build several projects.

JavaScript:

If you know some Oops languages than it will be very easy for you but if not than 1 month should be enough for basic and some advance stuff.

JavaScript and CSS are not about to learn only it is practise hope you got my point.

4 Months should be enough if you are working hard, building projects, Revising etc.
