Can someone help me with the problem?

That's a guarding app I made for my friends.
I can't figure out the problem in the program.
First input is the starting time in hours then minutes then ending time in hours and then ending time in minutes, after that how many people participate.
The last one is not important you can do either 1 or 2.

Have you tried running your program on other IDE means don't run your program on sololearn.

And what's the problem any error or logical problem?
