Can I put a C# project on my github or digital portfolio

I just completed a Javascriptcentric bootcamp, but I just landed an interview for a C# position that will likely happen next week. I'm currently working on the C# course as quickly as I can, and would like to build a project I can cite in my interview. Is it possible to put a working project on my github for C#?

.net framework already has github integration so it should be easy enough to set up the environment and upload your files and projects there
