1] Sololearn: so simple to learn the basics.
2] hacker rank exercises: to practice more.
3] python tutor website: it Visualizes the code execution process.
Then I'll go further by enrolling in "Introduction to programming using python" on edx or "python programming specialization" on coursera.

Give 30 minutes at least a day to learn Python and 30 minutes to play with the code.
Convert your already written codes in other language(s) to Python
Slow and steady wins the race.

You could start with SoloLearn which is one of the best ways to learn the basics. Then move on to learning other things like gui, server-side, 2d and 3d, and ML (if you're interested) from multiple online sources. I recommend that you learn from more than one website and course so that you could develop good programmer's logic and good habits.
Don't forget that programming is supposed to be fun so don't force yourself to learn something you don't enjoy because you won't find yourself creative or productive at all.
