Not possible. Python isn't like PHP; you can't just do this

However, if your web server has a Python interpreter you can write CGI scripts to make Python code run on your webpage.

By enclosing Python statements within a <% %> tag the Python interpreter will execute it.
if u have complex code where Python and HTML are mixed, embed it between the tags <indent> and </indent>
