Choose depends on your goal.
For Web development start with html.
For other developments, choose one from C or python. A beginner friendly languages, i prefer c but today's age says python. So choose that which seems easy to you.. Check out these....

Define your goals and start with the that particular language,but if you just want to start with programming I suggest python ,and if you want to go into web development ,start with HTML
