What does ":" stand for?
I would really want to know what to do with it

your example won't compile, maybe
System.out.println(a + ":" + b);
In this statement ":" is just a text literal.

Example: System.out.println(a":"b);

It is just printing a string. You can print any unicode character like that. So, if you want to show that is division you lri t something like that. It is not operator.
