Please how do I run HTML on my system, starting for the first time?

On a PC? You need a code editor—either notepad which is built into windows but I suggest Sublime Text—and in it you write some HTML into a new file, save the file as "something.html", and drag and drop it into your browser.

If you dont have any editor, you can use notepad and save it as an html file.[title].html
