I want to make a game but still confused which is better programming language & easy.

Not really ... To make a game, you have to learn a language then learn how to use a graphic library on this language and then use your mind

From those you picked, 2 are good (2 are not programming language : HTML and CSS).
JavaScript is for games on web browser while Java is for full programs (either on PC or on Android).
