Going html to php then wants to get back to html

Question

I ma creating an app using web . I have a form that action='./form.php' so , php runs and gives relevant data and result . Since there are lot of things that should be in html . So help me to get back to html .
In short ,
<form action='./form.php' method='post'>
....
</form>
when I click on submit php file runs , is there any method to return to html file

You can use header function to redirect to the HTML file once you're done processing form data.
