My phone running slow , how can I fix it?

A solo learn user sent me a discussion link . I press the accept option either of two options and now my phone going slow . Please tell me , is there any hack or anything else?

In fact i recomend you to install antivirus suit or make "hard reset"
And yes - everything is possible. But in my opinion - it could be a troyan used for DDOS atack on third party target
