HELP ME, GIVE ME SOME SOLUTIONS!

Question

I Made an even number series program, but what i want is that the output of the numbers id neat, not longitudinal to the right. I want the numbers row to move down(new line) after the fourth number in first line.

Find average of c, max values and put a new line when c==avg.. in loop...

edit: I realized that you wanted a program for even numbers only after I made the program.
This one works also for odd numbers, but you can easily modify it for your purpose.
