How to solve this error??? And why ????

When I try to install the Eel module in Python using pip, I get this kind of error "io.h(20): fatal error cannot open such file

what is the command are you using to install that module ? and where are you installing it ? which system are you using ? The name of the module is correct when you typed ? be specific with your question !

After opening, modify the installation, check"Windows 10 SDK for desktop C++ [x86 and x64] (10.0.16299.0)"(The version may vary, the current time is 2018-12-01, there are two Windows 10 SDK versions available, the one with the higher version number selected)

Oh sorry but what I mean is that I am trying to install a module Called "Eel module" in Python and when I try to install with pip that is the error I get when installing
