As a fresher, how can I improve to learn about web design and development?

How are you all,
I am new in coding word, I want to be a an web developer and Python programmer.

Is it possible to fulfill my dream?
If I practice two hours per day, how long it will take to work as a professional.

Md Khairul Alam Yes it is possible to fulfill your dream , if you put the right effort and hardwork .
By practicing 2 hrs daily , you can make a good website in less than 2 months say but that too depends on how effectively and efficiently you used that 2 hours .
So don't waste your time thinking when would i finish , instead start Learning from today.
