Where is the formula??

In the task "Data Science - Ordinary Squares" it says:

''Mathematically, the solution is given by the formula in the image, where the superscript T means the transpose of a matrix, and the superscript -1 means it is an inverse of a matrix. ''

But there is no image, nor any formula.

And why is this website so bad looking and hard to work with, when it was so perfect a few years ago??

I did all my certificates in python and c++ and absolutely loved this website, now i came back and everything went from good to bad. The descriptions are weird, partially even completely wrong and misleading, the code editor is aweful, what happened here?? Who allowed these changes?? Usually websites get better over time, not worse.
