How to develop web pages?

learn HTML and then CSS followed by JavaScript and you are good to go as a front end developer.For Backend you can choose PHP or ASP as you wish..Personally I would suggest PHP since it's basic and easy.Then as you start developing for real time you would be needing JQUERY for easy and handy JavaScript coding and later on Bootstrap to design mobile friendly web pages.Although the journey is much short if you're competent with Python and Django.That's enough said I guess

Start with learning basic HTML and CSS skills. They're the building blocks of EVERY webpage.
