About flutter doctor

Hello . I am asking about flutter in VS code
When i open terminal and write flutter doctor i see error : powershell executable not found. either pwsh.exe or powershell.exe must be in your path.
And i was set inviroment variable path in C:/windows/winowspowershell/V10.0
