How can I add tailwind in link without error

I add link tag and trying to link tailwind css and it gave me error in code below. Can anybody tell me why it gives error?

It works properly in my device..btw I have seen such code in codepen or some other related sites.. please give credits to the original author too if you have used some part if not then nvm.
