How do you disable console autoscroll?[iphone]

hey, i did google this but wasn’t able to find an answer. you know how when you have a lot of lines of code, the console automatically scrolls to the bottom if you’re not touching the screen, at least in python? can that be disabled? maybe there are accessibility settings somewhere? thanks :)
