Customer Support Exist?

Does anyone know if this company has anyone employed to respond to FB messages and email? Almost 2 days with not even an automated response email. For some reason there is an issue with their PRO version not showing up. Money gets charged but they remove PRO access. Had this happen before with this app for a couple days.

I sent an email couple days ago. 6 days is quite a long time but anyway.

They receive many mails and they have less staff. So it takes much time to respond to mails
