Hello buddies. I'm a beginner and I'd like to know how to draw a website on my laptop. I'd be so happy to hear that.

Write html in a simple text file, save it with the ending .html. Open the file in a browser.
Sololearn also has an html course if you're interested :)

What do you mean by "draw a website"? Please explain.

Yes, but what do mean by "draw"? Write html code (use a text editor)? Display html (open it in your browser)?
