Which css framework should I use, tailwind or bootstrap?

hello friends, I'll explain my problem, it turns out that I'm a web programmer but with visual disabilities, so I always tend to use bootstrap to avoid having to write so m aspect.uch css, so I have always wondered which option would be best for me in terms of visual and functional quality. I thank you in advance for your comments friends so that I can also improve in this

Tailwind is the future. Tailwind is a utility-first CSS framework which enables you to build any css designs you want. Whereas Bootstrap framework only let you implement the pre-fixed design of Bootstrap components. You can rebuild any Bootstrap components using purely Tailwind framework.
