is taking a break while learning better? or nonstop learning is good?

most of the times I waste many times while taking break, doing other thing's. use fb, watch movie etc. I wanna learn faster.taking a short break is waste of my time. if it's good for coding, will help me to learn faster then I won't care about it.

Breaks are necessary.Everyone needs a break..
You need to refresh your brain once in a while from all those heavy logics you've been working it into.
Just make sure those breaks are to certain limits,and you don't end up forgetting everything,once you return back ☺

everything needs a rest. if you dont wanna, be sure you're obsessed with it.

For each hour studying, a break of at least 10 minutes.
(Or 5 min. for each half)
