Does anybody check challenges?

Question

I have 12 years of freelance under my belt and find it difficult to do some challenges. For example - if you add a number to ptr without '*' you change address and not value of pointed variable. How can anybody check or vote for challenges? Can I vote out code which should end up with error?

at main menu click the 3 dots. goto quiz factory. then goto rate submission

1) Can this be done on website?
2) Why so many error prone code passed?
3) First code I get end should up with error. I could only 'skip' it or write an answer based on reworked and righted code within my brain. WTF?
