HTML Is one of the most basic languages out there, and can be written with any text software, including the default notepad program. All you need to do, is save it in a folder and name it "(insertnamehere).html". You put it in a folder, so you can put in any CSS and Javascript files with it. However, I would recommend downloading Notepad++, which supports almost any programming language, and you can download plug-ins to help program as well. Hope it helped! ~MegaJayJay
